A Vanuatu mutual fund administrator can be:

  • A company incorporated in Vanuatu and registered under the Companies Act;
  • An overseas company incorporated outside Vanuatu;
  • A Limited partnership; or
  • A partnership constituted for the sole purpose of undertaking the administration of mutual funds.
